Georgetown Cupcake

Hello! For the past few days I have been in Washington D.C for business( NOT REALLY). I was still able to visit Georgetown Cupcake, a great bakery that has a reality show about it called DC Cupcakes. Usually the lines are around the corner but it was pourring and around 7 and I barely had to wait! I went again a few days later, and there was a small line but it took only a few minutes till I had goodness in my hands!

What a yummy trip! Also, I dined at spike from Top Chef's restaurant, We, The Pizza,best restaurant ever! Then, I saw him! He was on a motorcycle WITH NO HELMET. It started tornadoing and he drove off in the rain! So weird! Ugh, back to the daily grind. Love D.C.!

vanilla mousse cupcakes!

today, i made vanilla cupcakes with mousse inside. the frosting was pink vanilla but it didnt turn out to well. the mousse was my special recipe that i will never tell!!!!! i made a ton and gave so away to neighbors. does any body know how to make successful icing! do tell!
