Champagne to RING in the New Year!!!

Now... I haven't posted since last New Years Eve!
I can't believe it!
2012 has been a very exciting year.
I have gotten A LOT better in the baking world! I mastered my SWIRL and have been practicing my frostings. I have been baking more with my friends and recently visited the Georgetown Cupcake in Boston. I am very excited to tell you that Georgetown Cupcake is coming to ATL. OMG!

It's New Years Eve and I made the Georgetown Cupcake recipe that I made last year. They were a huge hit last year that I thought they would be a good treat this year! New Year's Eve

               For New Year's Eve I made New Year's Eve Strawberry Champagne Sparkler Cupcakes (as seen on The Oprah Winfrey Show) from the Cupcake Diaries. Chocolate Ganache and strawberries soaked in champagne. I am sorry I have not posted in a month but I have been making things. For christmas I got a Kitchen Aid standing mixer. It is plain white so if you have any ideas how to enhance it please comment!! Anyway the cupcakes were in champagne flutes and were a big hit!!
