Today I made Lemon Bars. They did not go well. I made two batches and the first one sliped out of my hand and I saw that the crust was not cooked at all. So I put the other one in the oven covered in tin foil for 20 more mins. and it was still not cooked. So I put them on a plate and made them look pretty. They tasted...???

I witnessed the "drop" of the lemon bars onto the floor. Yikes! But you handled it well. I would have cursed up a storm.
